Spent a wonderful Christmas at this hotel. The staff were friendly and always had a smile on their faces. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the bathroom was beautiful. The location was perfect as it was within walking distance of major landmarks and shopping areas. the hotel offered a warm and cozy ambiance, which added to the overall experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, with the staff changing towels regularly and keeping the outside area very clean. The hotel facilities, especially the lovely pool and relaxing sun area, were great for unwinding. The location in the nice modern district of Gueliz made it convenient for accessing major sites and shopping districts. The breakfast served was delicious, with amazing food presentation. The staff, from reception to room service to breakfast, were all friendly, professional, and helpful.

The hotel is located in a prime area of the city, in a pretty decent area that felt very safe. It offers a beautiful entrance and reception area, and the staff is nice and helpful. The rooms are clean with comfortable beds, and some rooms even have balconies or terraces. The breakfast is good, with a decent variety of options. The hotel also has a rooftop terrace with a nice view and a spa where guests can enjoy relaxing treatments.

This place is amazing! The location is perfect, just a quick walk to all the major sites. The staff is incredibly polite and accommodating, and the room service is excellent. I love the pool and the spa, and the sauna and jacuzzi are just what I needed after a long day of sightseeing. The terrace is a great place to relax with a book, and the sun loungers are very comfortable. Cons: I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends.

The check-in process was smooth, and I was given the room I had reserved. The room wasvery comfy and tidy, with everything in working order. The staff made me feel welcome, especially Soumia who provided excellent service. The breakfast buffet was satisfactory, and I enjoyed freshly made omelettes every morning. The hotel also had a nice sky garden on the 7th floor, perfect for relaxing.
